Our care is available to seniors, individuals with disabilities, people recovering from surgery, and anyone needing extra help at home. We welcome clients from all backgrounds and abilities.

We're based near La Jolla and serve throughout San Diego county from Oceanside to Chula Vista, including eastern communities such as Santee, Poway, and La Mesa.

At this time, Blue Check Home Care accepts private pay only. This means clients or their families are responsible for covering the cost of services directly. We do not accept insurance, Medicaid, VA, or other third-party payers. We’re happy to provide invoices and documentation upon request if you need them for reimbursement or personal records.

Yes. All caregivers have at least three years of experience, are registered on the California Home Care Aide Registry, have passed background checks and have TB screening. Our caregivers receive training throughout the year through CareAcademy.

No. We specialize in non-medical support. While we coordinate with healthcare professionals when needed, we do not provide skilled nursing or medical treatment.

Costs vary depending on the level and frequency of care needed. During your consultation, we’ll provide a detailed estimate and discuss payment options.

No. We offer flexible scheduling and service options. You can choose to have care for a few hours a week or 24/7 support, depending on your needs. You’re free to adjust, pause, or discontinue services as your needs change.
