With your care plan in place, our dedicated caregivers will begin providing the personalized support your loved ones need, ensuring comfort and enhancing their quality of life.
Professional Caregivers
- Caregivers are rigourously screened via background checks and fingerprinting
- All caregivers have at least 3 years of experience and able to work with people with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, or bed-bound
- Caregivers receive ongoing training via CareAcademy
Comprehensive Care Coordination
- HIPPA compliant electronic care plan documentation, available for review by authorized family members and health care providers
- Weekly updates can be made to authorized family members and care management personnel
- Monthly in-person evaluations ensuring satisfaction with our caregivers and adjusting the care plan if necessary
